Cet album fut à l’origine de problèmes juridiques à cause de l’utilisation du succès de ABBA Dancing Queen, et Drummond et Cauty furent attaqués et sommés de détruire toutes les copie restantes de l’album. Après un entretien malheureux avec ABBA, ils brûlèrent les disques, selon la légende, à 3 heures du matin (3AM en anglais). L’album, moins les samplings incriminés, fut sorti plus tard sous format 12″, incluant des instructions pour recréer l’album original
